Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent; plus 3 years working experience.
• Working knowledge of front and back office healthcare operations.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Prior management experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of general dental terminology.
• Intermediate computer skills; EagleSoft preferred.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train and manage performance of office staff.
• Oversee cash management, payroll review and deposits.
• Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
• Review and train on Accounts Receivable (collection percentage).
• Maintain accurate daily deposits and petty cash controls.
• Travel between offices to provide coverage as needed.
• Train on patient financing/credit and ensure schedule productivity.
• Ensure effective customer service by phone and in person.
• Communicate between front and back office and corporate.
