Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Union Crossing Dental Care. This leadership role partners with the Doctor to deliver exceptional patient care and drive office performance.

You’ll oversee daily operations, improve processes, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced dental setting. Ideal candidates bring a college degree or equivalent leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to HIPAA and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Doctor, ensuring the office delivers unsurpassed support to Doctor and patients.
• Guide your team by focusing on continuous improvement and mastery of roles.
• Oversee daily operations including patient claims, payments, scheduling, and inventory management.
