Job summary

Cumberland River Dental Care in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead and optimize our office operations. You will partner with the Doctor and teams to deliver excellent patient care while driving efficiency and growth.

The role emphasizes leadership development, strategic goal setting, and active participation in meetings and daily huddles to ensure alignment with clinic objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and trends
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics

Responsibilities

Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop leadership skills
Set and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals
Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership
Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles
Partner with Doctors to monitor and align quarterly and annual financial goals
