Job summary

SECTR Partners is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across Tennessee, Nebraska & Missouri. You will drive operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success, overseeing multi-site operations and P&L performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs such as production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene utilization, scheduling, staffing, and profitability, while recruiting and coaching Practice Managers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Multisite healthcare management experience is required.
• Strong ability to manage P&L and business KPIs.
• Willing to live in or relocate to the Tennessee/Nebraska/Missouri region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Oklahoma region.
• Monitor KPIs including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene utilization, scheduling, staffing and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance and provider productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
• Reinforce a culture of professionalism, empathy and respect.
