Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in Gallatin, TN to lead the office team and partner with the Doctor to deliver exceptional patient care. You will manage daily operations, drive top business goals, and foster a culture of learning and teamwork.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong communication, and strategic planning to optimize performance, training, and patient satisfaction. This is a full-time in-office position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required; 3–5 years of leadership experience in professional settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and devise effective solutions.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure Doctors and teams meet goals through servant leadership and structured meetings.
• Collaborate with the Doctor to monitor progress and align priorities.
• Onboard and develop team members, recruit when needed, and support training.
• Partner with Doctors to identify needed skills and plan staffing for the practice.
