Walden Village Dental Care in Clarkston is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead and optimize daily operations for a busy dental practice. This role focuses on leadership, goal setting, and partner collaboration to support doctors and teams while delivering exceptional patient care.

In this position you will guide onboarding, training, and performance improvements, aligning staff with the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven philosophy.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and leadership development goals.
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Support training through Core Essentials and growth programs.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection.
