Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Harpeth Dental Care in Nashville. The role partners with the Doctor to lead daily operations, improve patient care, and drive business goals in a fast-paced dental office.

You will mentor teams, oversee scheduling, and support financial and operational metrics to ensure top patient experiences and strong team engagement. A degree or prior leadership in a professional setting is preferred.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and execute annual top goals and personal development plans.
• Support Doctors and teams through servant leadership and effective communication.
