Southeast Oral and Facial Surgery in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations across administrative, front office, and clinical functions. This role partners with the surgeon to build strong systems, team capabilities, and a patient-centered culture.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of practice management, strong leadership, and a track record of improving patient flow and operational efficiency in a dental or oral surgery setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, dental, or medical practice management.
• Experience overseeing administrative and/or clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of front office operations, patient flow, and staff leadership.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead with confidence, empathy, and accountability.
• Dental or oral surgery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice operations across administrative, front office, and clinical functions.
