Job summary

Rivergate Dental Care, part of the Heartland Dental network, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will partner with the Doctor to align clinical goals with business outcomes, drive team development, and uphold patient-focused care across the practice.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, top-priority goal attainment, and ongoing professional growth through structured training, morning huddles, and quarterly business planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required or equivalent leadership experience.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice operations to support Doctors and teams.
• Coordinate and attend meetings, huddles, and trainings.
• Partner with Doctors to set quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Onboard and develop new team members with recruiting and support offices.
• Monitor training plans and growth paths for team members.
