Job summary

Shared Practices Group in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead a dental practice as a business owner. You’ll drive daily performance, coach the team toward revenue goals, and own the patient experience from first call to final outcome.

You will split time between sales strategy, operations leadership, and team development, with accountability for monthly revenue targets, KPIs, and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dental knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: own the daily pacing, monitor monthly production gaps, plan callbacks, coach conversion, lead huddles, celebrate wins.
• Operations Management: oversee day-to-day office operations, enforce policies, track KPIs, assist with inventory.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, coach staff, schedule coverage, conduct performance reviews.
• Patient Experience: ensure exceptional service from consultation to post-treatment, manage records and flow.
• Financial Management: oversee collections, manage AR/AP, closings, monitor expenses.
