Job summary

Heartland Dental in Smithville, Texas is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team and partner with the Doctor to lead a high‑performing dental office. The PMO will drive patient‑centered care, operational excellence, and staff development while supporting quarterly and annual financial goals.

This leadership role emphasizes servant leadership, team coaching, and collaboration with the Doctor and support offices to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional office or similar environment.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and daily huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and assist with recruitment.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
