Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead operational performance at an Ellis Crossing supported practice. You will partner with the Doctor to drive patient care, team development, and financial goals while promoting a culture of learning and camaraderie.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years leadership experience in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, and proficiency with dental software. This role emphasizes servant leadership and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required; 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional setting preferred.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development plans.
• Lead and coach teams, ensuring alignment with doctor goals and operational priorities.
• Manage daily operations through effective morning huddles, meetings and regular touchpoints.
• Partner with doctors to prioritize CE, plan schedules, and monitor practice performance.
