The Smilist in Newark, DE is seeking an experienced Assistant Practice Manager to lead a high-end dental office. You will support daily operations, scheduling, and team development to ensure exceptional patient care.

Competenze

1–2 years of experience in a dental administrative role; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Support the Practice Manager in day-to-day dental office operations.
Serve as a point of contact for team members; assist with scheduling and training.
Maintain a positive office culture focused on patient satisfaction and teamwork.
Monitor patient flow, front desk operations, and adherence to policies.
Assist with billing, insurance verification, and collections processes.
Analyze performance metrics to support operational goals.
Address patient concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
