Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Family Dental Care of Gainesville, Texas. This role partners with the Doctor and leads the PMO team to drive patient care, operational excellence, and staff development in a fast-paced dental office.

You will develop training, set strategic goals, align priorities across the practice, and collaborate with recruiting and support teams to grow the staff and improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years leadership experience.
Fast-paced, customer-centric environment experience.
Ability to analyze processes and identify trends.
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution.
Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate PMO training to build technical and leadership skills.
Set annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
Ensure Doctor and team goals are achieved through servant leadership.
Lead regular meetings and huddles to maintain alignment and communication.
Partner with Doctors to identify growth opportunities and monitor financial goals.
Onboard and develop new team members with recruiting support.
