Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management and clinic operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CHM or HFMA).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic to ensure efficient performance.
• Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and dental practice laws.
