MedLink Georgia is seeking a Practice Manager with dental experience to lead daily operations at our Danielsville, GA facility. You will supervise medical staff, manage clinical and administrative processes, and ensure compliance with PCMH standards while coordinating with providers and the leadership team.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business/management or healthcare management and hands-on experience in medical practice management, including supervisory responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in business/management or healthcare management.
• Two years of medical practice or public health clinic management experience with one year of supervisory/management experience at the department level.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of staff, facility maintenance and clinical functions of medical support staff.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Medical Secretary(s), Medical Records, Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses.
• Monitor and evaluate practice financial and operational performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate clinical activities with site providers/Medical Director.
• Handle patient complaints, billing issues and other administrative concerns.
• Monitor use of the practice management system and train staff as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient visits and billing codes; daily production reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with PCMH standards and protect patient information.
• Interface with outside organizations for patient services, payments and transportation.
