Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of staff, facility maintenance and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Medical Secretaries, Medical Records, Medical Assistants, LPNs and RNs.
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate clinical activities with site providers and Medical Director.
• Handle patient complaints, billing issues and administrative concerns.
• Monitors use of the practice management system and identify training needs.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient visits.
• Oversee compliance and PHI handling with Compliance Department.
• Interface with outside organizations regarding patient services and payments.
• Ensure invoicing, billing codes submission and daily production reconciliation.
• Manage compilation of financial and statistical data; review invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance of facilities, property and equipment.
• Ensure PCMH activities are conducted per standards.
• Participate in team daily huddles and monitor PCMH standards.
