Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a dental office, ensuring smooth operations from open to close and delivering legendary customer service. You will partner with operations leadership to drive patient care, staff engagement, and office profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare management experience, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations; Denticon experience is a plus, and bilingual ability is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience 3+ years.
• Previous dental or healthcare management experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate; Denticon experience a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
• Oversee and supervise front and back office staff.
• Evaluate and review office production and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Process dental insurance claims and present dental treatment plans to patients.
• Ensure compliance with state dental laws and health and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage office budgets and procure supplies.
• Recruit, retain, and address staff issues with HR.
• Maintain data for managerial reporting.
• Coordinate with Directors to ensure smooth operations.
