Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to enhance patient experiences through our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will help patients feel welcome whether visiting for treatment or scheduling appointments, and assist with financial arrangements for care.

Schedule includes Monday and Friday 8-5 and Tuesday-Thursday 9-6; this is a full-time on-site role supporting multiple dental practices within Smile Brands’ network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist patients with check-in/out, insurance verification, and scheduling; provide information on services and payment options.
