Job summary

You’ll explain services and payment options, assist with financial arrangements, and ensure every visit runs smoothly. We offer PTO and a range of benefits; this role is an on-site position with Monday–Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism.
