Smile Brands Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will help patients feel welcome and assist with financial arrangements for treatment.

Work Mon-Fri, 7am–4pm, greeting patients, assisting with check-in/out and insurance verification, scheduling appointments, and explaining services and payment options with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients with a welcoming smile and warm demeanor.
• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and explain services and payment options.
• Provide compassionate, professional care and express appreciation to patients for choosing Smile Brands.
