Smilebuilderz seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to manage a doctor's schedule and build strong patient relationships in a busy dental practice. You will greet patients, verify paperwork, confirm consents, schedule treatments and coordinate with the hygiene team, while maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills are essential in educating patients about treatment options and financing.

Qualifications

• Greet new patients and introduce the Care Coordinator role.
• Review all new patients' paperwork prior to visit.
• Confirm all consents and clearances are in patient documents.
• Verify appointments are scheduled correctly and in appropriate time frames.
• Maintain and reference daily schedule and modify as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient new patients to the doctor and clinic.
• Review paperwork and ensure completion before/at visit.
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and lab work with the team.
