Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with check-in and insurance verification, and help schedule appointments and discuss payment options.

You will handle financial arrangements and communicate treatment plans, ensuring smooth visits with a focus on customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced dental office.

Competenze

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, delivering exceptional customer service.

Mansioni

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism.
