You will help patients with scheduling and financial arrangements while ensuring a welcoming, supportive environment at our Ohio office. Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with check-in/out and insurance verification, scheduling, and presenting service and payment options.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
