You will ensure accurate appointment times, coordinate pre- and post-visit activities, and support the clinical team with documentation and patient inquiries.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with dental software, and a patient-centered approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in dental or healthcare scheduling preferred.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all patient appointments with accurate time allocation.
• Confirm appointments align with provider and operatory availability.
• Coordinate pre- and post-visit follow-ups as directed by the clinical team.
• Communicate preparation, financial expectations, and timelines clearly.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and patient questions.
• Maintain records, collect and upload documentation.
• Verify referrals and obtain insurance authorizations as needed.
• Monitor supplies and support daily operations.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
• Provide coverage during high-volume periods.
