Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services, and help patients understand costs, insurance, and payment options.

The role requires strong communication, a patient-first attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships while maintaining accurate records and complying with health and privacy regulations; travel for training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and third-party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about treatments, costs, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting patient relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions
