Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service, sales or receptionist experience in healthcare/dental setting preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and coordinate appointments with patients and staff.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance coverage and payment options to patients.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
