PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn to independently run a dental office within the OM Development Program. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and adherence to company policies across multiple offices as you travel with supervision.

The program targets rapid competency in managing Front and Back Office teams, optimizing patient experience, and achieving fiscal targets. Completion leads to a salaried operations role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in operational management or related leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to coach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS standards daily.
• Hire, train and retain right-fit team members with coaching and supervision.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office goals.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly budgets and goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cash management and accounting procedures.
• Develop and implement an office success plan and staff development.
• Report progress and goals to Regional Manager weekly.
