Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a dental office under supervision. You will complete the OM Development Program, travel between multiple offices, and progressively lead Front and Back Office teams to deliver excellent patient care.

The role emphasizes staffing, coaching, budget adherence, and adherence to corporate policies, with a goal of operating sites efficiently within 4–6 months after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
