Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to complete the OM Development Program and learn to independently run a PDS-supported dental office. The program covers structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings with supervision.

Completion is expected within 4–6 months. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to managing a dental office as part of the regional team, with focus on leadership, staff development, and achieving revenue and quality goals across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Trainees must travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values and best operational practices daily.
• Assessing, hiring and retaining right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency and adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead development of the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Deliver leadership, coaching and mentoring to improve team performance.
