Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to gain the skills to independently run a financially viable dental office. The role includes structured development through the OM Development Program, with support from a direct supervisor, and progression to independent management within 4–6 months.

The trainee will learn the PDS Operational Model, manage staff across front and back office, and drive improvements in patient experience while ensuring compliance with polices and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture and values, and promoting PDS culture daily.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and retain the right team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective, and creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office goals with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and implement staff development and office protocols for efficient operations.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with accomplishments and goals.
