Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and apply the skills needed to independently run a dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while being guided by a supervisor and work toward managing an office within 4–6 months.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and adherence to cash and accounting protocols, with opportunities for growth across multiple offices in the PDS network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Must travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Hiring and retention of right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Lead office operations and staff development during manager absences.
