Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Dental Supervisor to oversee dental support staff across sites and manage day-to-day operations. The role ensures efficient delivery of dental services while maintaining patient satisfaction, reporting to the Health Center Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a dental setting, an active DA/ RDA license, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess a valid Lifesaving Certification and Driver's License.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a dental setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurances and billing preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists at all sites.
• Lead and support dental operations and patient flow.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Assist with recruitment for dental staff.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
