Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years supervisory or management experience in a dental setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurances and billing preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists at all sites.
• Manage provider appointment templates and scheduling.
• Provide coaching, training, and staff development.
• Assist with recruitment for dental staff positions.
