Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• RDA California License or DA Certificate; Lifesaving Certification and Driver's License.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a dental setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurances and billing preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DA and DA Receptionist staff and dental assistants.
• Lead dental operations at assigned health centers and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Coaching, training, and staff development; recruitment support.
• Coverage for DA/RDA staff and ensure proper scheduling.
• Coordinate site audits, data entry corrections, and maintain equipment.
