Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Dental Supervisor to oversee the dental support staff across multiple sites and manage day-to-day operations. This exempt role reports to the Health Center Manager and emphasizes patient satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

The position requires leadership in scheduling, staff development, and coordination with providers. Candidates with a California RDA/DA license and strong HIPAA knowledge will be favored.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• RDA California License or DA Certificate required.
• Lifesaving Certification required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists across sites.
• Coordinate provider appointment scheduling and templates.
• Lead coaching, training, and staff development.
• Assist with recruitment for dental staff.
• Ensure DA/RDA functions and coverage as needed.
• Coordinate site audits and compliance with HIPAA.
