Job summary

United Health Centers seeks a Dental Supervisor to oversee dental support staff and daily operations across sites, ensuring efficient delivery of care while maintaining patient satisfaction. You will report to the Health Center Manager and lead scheduling, coaching, and staff development initiatives.

The role requires RDA California License or DA Certificate, strong leadership, and knowledge of dental insurance/billing. A valid Lifesaving Certification and Driver's License are also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• RDA CA License or DA Certificate required.
• Lifesaving Certification required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead UHC dental operations at assigned health centers.
• Manage provider appointment schedules and templates.
• Coach, train, and develop staff.
• Assist with recruitment for dental staff.
• Perform DA/RDA functions and provide coverage as needed.
• Coordinate site audits between front and back office.
• Ensure timely data entry corrections.
