Job summary

HR Resolutions is seeking a Dental Office Recruiter to support multiple dental offices. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and administrative positions, including hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff.

The candidate will build talent pipelines, partner with regional leadership, and craft engaging job ads. You will use sourcing strategies, social media, job boards, campus relationships, and data-driven methods to improve time-to-fill and candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field plus 2–4 years recruitment experience.
• Dental or healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting dentists or healthcare providers is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS, sourcing platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with regional managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and communicate with candidates.
• Create engaging job ads across boards and platforms.
• Monitor open positions and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance.
• Maintain ATS records and compliance with policies.
