Job summary

Coast Dental is seeking a Staff Recruiter to source, screen, and interview candidates for dental centers across the region. You will manage recruitment campaigns, build partnerships with schools, host open houses, and maintain ATS records.

The role requires 3–5 years recruitment experience, preferably in staffing, healthcare or dental settings, and a Bachelor's in business or HR. PHR is a plus, and you're comfortable coordinating across regional managers and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources required.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience; healthcare/dental preferred.
• PHR certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates and schedule interviews for dental centers.
• Host local job fairs, open houses and networking events.
• Maintain ATS records and manage candidate pipeline across regions.
• Coordinate offers and pre-employment screenings with HR and managers.
• Report status of open positions to regional management weekly.
• Represent Coast Dental at recruitment events and career fairs.
