HR Resolutions is seeking a Dental Office Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple dental offices. You will build candidate pipelines, source candidates, and coordinate interviews with regional leadership and HR.

The role emphasizes long-term workforce planning, data-driven process improvements, and delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring across clinical and administrative positions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (2–4 years recruiting experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with ATS and online sourcing platforms; social media recruiting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with regional managers to identify staffing needs and position requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured interview techniques.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
