Job summary

Coast Dental and Orthodontics is seeking a Staff Recruiter to source, screen, and hire candidates for dental centers across the region. You will manage recruitment campaigns, host job fairs, build school partnerships, and maintain ATS records to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or dental settings, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR. Open to remote coordination with a strong regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR is required.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience; healthcare/dental experience preferred.
• PHR preferred but not required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to generate candidate leads.
• Screen candidates and conduct pre-screen interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline.
• Host local job fairs and participate in school partnerships.
• Prepare offers and new hire paperwork; conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Report recruiting metrics to regional management.
