PDS Health in Brandon, FL is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a PDS-supported dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while under supervision, with the goal of managing a dental office within 4–6 months.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory bodies. Travel to multiple offices is required as part of training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; coach team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.

• Ensure cash management and accounting proficiency.
