Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license must be verified at hire.
• Travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire and retain right-fit team members; provide training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and mentor team for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Deliver leadership, coaching, and team development.
