Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Florida to master the skills needed to independently run a dental office under supervision. You will complete the OM Development Program, engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings to prepare for leadership of Front and Back Office teams.

The role emphasizes financial performance, staff development, and adherence to company policies, with travel between offices and a focus on creating the Perfect Patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver’s license and automobile insurance with MVR check at hire.
• Frequent travel to multiple offices with reliable transportation.
• Alternative transportation acceptable if driving is not available.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned, subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and best operational practices.
• Hire, train, supervise, counsel and coach staff.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the Operational Model with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop team and provide leadership and mentoring for improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and open communication with supervisors.
• Develop staff and office protocols for efficient operations during absences.
• Complete additional duties to improve team development outcomes.
