Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and eventually independently run a PDS-supported dental office. The program combines structured curriculum, on‑the‑job practice, and development meetings to prepare you to manage the office within 4–6 months after completing the OM Development Program.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred with leadership experience.
• Must be able to travel to multiple offices and drive per day with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and promote PDS values daily.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach staff for right-fit teams.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist collaboration.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and implement an office success plan and protocols.
