Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a financially viable dental office. The program covers structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings, aiming for independent office management in 4–6 months.

Throughout the OM Development Program, you will gain experience in staffing, finances, and patient experience, with support from a supervisor and regional leadership. This role leads to salaried management after training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; or reliable alternate transportation.
• Travel to multiple offices per day with timely travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach and retain right-fit team members.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and implement an office success plan and staff development.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with accomplishments and goals.
