Aspen Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) in Pensacola, FL. You will lead the office operations, support doctors, and ensure outstanding patient care while driving growth and profitability.

You’ll complete an extensive ten-week training program, manage staff, review results, and align the team with policies, procedures, and state regulations to deliver high-quality dental service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and boost profitability.
