Responsibilities include delivering exceptional patient service, hiring and developing staff, guiding treatment discussions with patients, and monitoring financial performance to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• Relevant leadership and people management experience.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to analyze business results and adjust plans.

Responsibilities
