The Aspen Group's Aspen Dental practice in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations, support doctors, and foster a high‑quality patient experience. You'll participate in a ten‑week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• Experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and leverage it for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations to support doctors and patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.
• Review monthly results, manage profit and loss, and boost profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to align team goals and patient experience.
