Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead). You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. An eight-week training program helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients.
• Experience in front-office or dental/medical office a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Work with the dental team to deliver patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Under the Manager, supervise daily non-clinical team tasks.
• Review data daily to evaluate the practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments and collections; balance deposits and processing.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Participate in an eight-week training program.
